- Intravenous Treatments
- Terminal Care (for those who do not choose hospice care)
- Assessment, Teaching, and Supervision of care
- Post-surgical care
- Care for chronic conditions in exacerbation
Home Health Aide
Home Health Aides are available to help with your personal care and hygiene needs, assist with ADL/IADLs, and provide help with light housekeeping and other minimal tasks.
Physical Therapy
PT provides physician-prescribed treatment aimed at the development and restoration of muscles and joint function.
Occupational Therapy
OT helps patients regain the skills necessary for self-care and performing ADL/IADLs.
Speech Therapy
ST assists patients with impaired communication skills to regain those skills, learn alternative ways to express their needs and feelings, or improve their swallowing.
Social Worker
MSW will provide support, help with financial and other resources, and locate community assistance such as medical transportation, in-home support, etc.
